•A 36 month project with approximately 25 FRCs
statewide.
–Sites are selected in
counties where child welfare is willing to participate in
identifying common outcomes.
•Training and technical assistance:
–orientation
–indicator design and
testing
–family assessment
–case planning
–collecting and analyzing
data
