- Step 1. Validate the indicators through field tests with the population
- Step 2. Use case studies to assure reliability of measurements
- Step 3. Revise the model online

- A Matrix Collaborative account allows you to establish a core set of
required or suggested indicators for each member of the collaborative
- Set privileges at the Collaborative level for individual member
organizations
- If the collaborative allows it, individual member organizations can add,
delete, or modify indicators in their organization’s design without
affecting other members
- Data for each collaborative member organization can be viewed at the
Collaborative level
